All Items are shipped via An Post, once dispatched orders are generally received within 2-3 working days.
We hope that you'll be happy with your order when it arrives but if anything isn't right please contact us immediately, customer satisfaction is so important to us and we strive to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. With this in mind, if you are not completely satisfied, we would be happy to accept returns up to 14 days after purchase date. Should you wish to return any items, it is vital that you return them as they were purchased. We cannot accept the return or offer a refund if any of the products have been used. Please be sure to contact us in the event your order doesn't arrive as expected. We will advise you on how to proceed. Depending on the circumstances, we may not be able to offer a refund for the initial delivery and you will be responsible for payment of the return post. Should a product be incorrect/faulty we will cover the cost of delivery. Please always ensure that you always retain any proof of posting/purchase. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.
If your item arrives damaged you must advise us within 7 days of receiving your item.
*Please note we do not replace wax that was broken in transit.
